BKK Day 1 ( 20 Feb 2010 )

Took an afternoon flight with Thai Airline there.

i still prefer flight with food & drinks :)

Check in to Amari Watergate Hotel.

Thats the good thing abt travelling with parents - five star hotel !

First meal in bkk was the roadside duck noodles which turns out to be quite nice !

Walk along the streets while heading towards 4sided buddlha. Then to Big C for some shopping of cup noodles & alcoholic drinks.

Dinner at this chinese restaraunt which has my fave mango juice - real blended mango without any colouring or flavoring inside ! You can find this mango juice in alexandra village in spore thou.

Lastly, Patpong, Bangkok MENS nightlife.

everyone is asking me what's next.
everyone is reprimanding me for quitting my job.
everyone is stressing me abt money.
everyone is urging me to get a job STAT.
everyone is going overseas.
everyone is telling to different facts of life.

some is telling me to enjoy while young.
some is telling me to work while young, enjoy when old.

i envy rich pple,
rich pple get good education since young,
they get everything they want.
however i dont want to be rich.
i wanna earn money myself & enjoy all i can.
like what i'm doing now.

i envy outspoken pple.
for the fact that i'm soft spoken.
and i nv know how to express myself.

please.
tell me what to do.
i'm frustrated.

20feb - 23feb :

bkk with baby, mummy, bro, sis, aunt, uncle and baby enya.

didnt buy alot of clothes there.
and didnt managed to get anything for my friends.
time was too short la.

but i love bangkok.
like i always do.

hahaha. update on bkk trip when i'm free ba :)

24 feb :
went msia with baby.
watch percy jackson and the lightning thief.
i would greatly recommend you guys to watch.
nice show :)
i even brought a medusa statue in fishville after that.

25 feb :
went back to ttsh to return my uniform, access card& staff card.
thanks to the linen guy for helping me waive the shoe charge :)
went to B4 and look around like crazy for that place to return access card.
lastly, to HR to return my staff card & do a clearance.
saw our phlebo leng & kong on the way there.
they're leaving ttsh too !
welcome to freedom !!

went to mena agency, hoping to look for a job.
but they're lao hei-ing when we reach there. haha

slack around orchard before going home.

26 feb :
went to commonwealth to put up the tiger sticker for baby's car.
hahha. now can identify baby's car easily.

rushed home and we're off to night safari !!
with baby, mummy & sis.
its damn scary la, esp the bats !
tsk tsk tsk.

27 feb :
went to liang court for his fave vietnamese coffee.
then to this jap restaraunt for ramen.
then off to gugu house for dinner & lao hei again.

my cousin' back home after so many years.
its like a family reunion.
really can see the joy on my aunt & uncle face.
heartwarming :)

28feb:
godma came to visit us.
and of cos, last ang bao of the year !
:)

then to aunt house to lao hei again

with my maternal & paternal family.

both is love :)

i guess the only lucky thing that happened to me was my family & relatives.

i love them for who they are.

they're definately not someone great.

but they gave me strength to carry on.

did i say i'm striving hard now?
to earn more & more money.

i shall get a stable job at any private hosp now,
then part time as a private nurse,
then helped out my sis in data entry.

money money money.
i wanna enjoy like my mother when i'm old.
or rather, start enjoy when i'm young.

japan, europe, egypt, korea, hongkong, new zealand, middle east.
so many places i wanna go.
life' too short.

mummy & YAP family going USA.
baby's family going korea.

and i'm still stuck in spore !
how i wish i could travel all year round.

envied my mum la.
she's going to new york/toronto/canada bla bla bla this may
kaoz. i always wonder where alll her leave come from.

nvm. i shall earn more money from now on.
and strive to travel all around the world.
next stop is JAPAN !!!
hope i can make it there !

v tired.

but its okay.

last day was horrible.

did 3 discharges all by myself.
did 3 sacral wound dressing, SUPER SMELLY LA.
gave iv vanco for 4 patients, almost make me confused.
first dose, first dose, first dose.
i give IV until i think my hands are immune to all the antobiotics alr.
irritating relatives asking for update.

aiyo.
i think the first 2 cubicle is like a mini nursing home.
all the big fat ill auntie all there.
do changing until i backache.

but my bed 82 ah ma is really cute.
love her la :)

happy new year & valentine day !!

cny eve was obviously spent with my family & my YAP family :)

but was working on cny eve so was feeling abit tired.

after dinner with YAP family, went to my ah ma house to lao yu sheng.

happy :)

cny/ valentines was obviously spent visiting.

NO VALENTINES WITH BABY SEE.

IRRITATING.

but i dont care also.

i love CNY more than valentines day :)

went for the teochew porridge buffet with baby see family in the evening.

but realised there's no teochew mui that day. sians.

but got sharks fin soup :) love it :)

2nd day was sleeping till late, went to baby see's aunt house.

and then back to my house :)

love my house bcos its totally full !

went back to work on the 3rd day.

first time seeing ranjeeta flaring up.

she's literally shouting to that person bcos that person refused to help.

guess there's really no teamwork in our ward ba.

thats why the nice ranj will get angry.

sigh. nice pple in our ward always get bullied.

and bad pple always get all the rewards.

irritating.

i'm glad that i left the ward :)

and that irritating new UNO who came into the ward on CNY EVE,

instead of wishing us happy new new.

guess what she said to me.

"WHY U NV GREET ME ?"

super irritated by her that day.

no wonder you're single la !

well, no feelings also.

so happy to see the night sister just now.
she's making rounds with a smiley face,
and she said " hello girl, happy right, last night already"
this made my day ok :)

its like, i dont know her, she dont know me.
she's not like normal sister who come and say,
" can you pls bun up your hair?"

its the same little gestures that made a difference :)

meetup with janey just now.
dinner at fareast.
brought 2dress for CNY.
jus buy for the sake of buying.
cos my mummy say CNY must wear new clothes.

hmmm, back to emo-ing.

sometimes i had my difficulties too.
its not easy to please everyone.
of course, i place my priorities on a specific person.
and that doesnt mean i dont care.

anyways, dinner with seeqy & family before my first night.
got a scolding from them for quitting my job.
hmmm. was feeling kinda sad after that.

dinner with dearies & co before my 2nd night.
updating each other.
and i decided to learn driving.
after seeing catherine drive.
she drove us back home and me to work.
she looks so cool while driving la.
thou there are moment where she drove so fast that scares me inside out.
